Before one can think of curing an acne condition one needs to understand the true cause of acne. This amazing article ventures out to do EXACTLY that…

If You Want to Cure Your Acne You have to First Understand What Causes Acne

Your first step should be to understand what is causing your acne. Like any other problem in life only by understanding the cause will you be able to find the permanent cure for your acne. If you do not know or understand what is causing your acne you’ll never be able to cure your acne. This is one truth that your doctor will never tell you. And yet by understanding this truth you’ll be able to figure out why till now none of the ointments, creams, lotions, and medications you took ever worked. And you’ll also know how you can at last permanently get rid of your acne.

The Factors that do not Cause Acne

Your doctor, friends, colleagues, anyone may say it a hundred times but believe me your clogged pores are not responsible for your acne. Neither are your acne caused by acne bacteria. Nor are they caused by any vitamin b5 deficiency or by eating the wrong food. If these were true then everyone would be suffering from acne. But we know that I not the truth everyone does not suffer from acne. Acne are caused by some deep rooted internal factors. There is a basic difference between the symptoms of a disease and the actual root cause. You have to understand the difference between treatments that only cover up the symptoms and one that targets the root cause of the problem.

The Three Main Factors that Cause Acne

After researching for seven years for the complete and permanent cure for acne let me tell you the actual factor that cause acne. In fact acne are caused by three basic factors: hormonal imbalance, accumulation of toxins in the body and a genetic sensitivity of the sebum glands towards the hormonal imbalance.

Let us first study the first factor. Our body uses the hormones to interact among the various internal organs. Testosterone a kind of androgenic hormone tells our sebum glands how much sebum or oil it needs to secrete. Where there is the right hormonal balance, the sebum glands produce just exact amount of oil required to keep our skin soft, moisturized and elastic. But with hormonal imbalance the sebum glands start producing excessive amounts of oil.

Now the question that comes up is when all teenagers suffer from hormonal imbalance why only a few of them suffer from acne. The answer to this question lies in the second factor i.e hormonal imbalance.

Toxins tart accumulating in our body when our elimination organs i.e. the liver, skin, bowels etc fail to expel the toxics that we come into contact with in the air, food and drinks. These toxins start to accumulate in our lymph and blood stream.

Only when a certain type of accumulated toxin comes in contact with the excess sebum does it lead to the perfect environment for the acne bacteria to grow and flourish. And then acne are formed in all its glory with swelling, pus and redness of skin accompanying it. This is the reason that just killing the acne bacteria won’t solve the problem because as long as the certain toxics and excess sebum is present the acne bacteria will keep coming back.

But then there are so many people who are suffering from hormone imbalance and also have toxic build ups in their body and yet they don’t suffer from acne. Why?

This brings us to the third factor: the genetic sensitivity of the sebum glands towards the hormonal imbalance. Only when someone has got this particular genetic sensitivity then only his or her sebum glands start producing excess oil. People who have the first two factors but do not have this particular genetic sensitivity of their sebum glands towards hormonal imbalance do not produce excess oil and hence they do not suffer from acne.

Weak Liver does not Cause Acne (The Actual Difference between Acne Sufferers and People With Clear Skin is Something Else)

Our liver is definitely a very important organ of our body. And among its various different functions it is also responsible for getting rid of the used hormones and toxins from our body. But our liver is not responsible for causing acne.

Of course if your liver is not functioning properly it sort of contributes to the impending hormonal imbalance and also the accumulation of toxic elements in the blood stream and lymph. But this can not lead to acne in people who do not suffer from the genetic sensitivity even if their liver is weak.

The difference between us acne sufferers and people who have clear skin is not a strong or weak liver but this particular genetic sensitivity. They just do not have this genetic tendency that we have.

Final Picture: Every type of acne – monthly cycle acne, teenage acne, adult acne are caused by three main factors: hormone imbalance, accumulation of toxins in the body and a genetic sensitivity of your sebum glands toward the your hormonal imbalance.

Fixing the Actual Cause

Since we cannot control the way our genes behave the only solution is to maintain the right hormonal balance and to clear our system of toxic elements. Just making your liver strong will only solve a very small part of the problem. Hormonal imbalance and the toxic build up are caused by various internal and external factors. It is only through the holistic approach that you can cure your acne completely and permanently by taking care of all factors that trigger hormonal imbalance and toxic build up.
